Scott DeBoer, CMA, CSCA, is an accountant and seasoned banking professional with more than 25 years of experience. His certifications in management accounting, strategy, and competitive analysis uniquely positions him as a strategic partner to business owners, CPAs, and business brokers.

Scott DeBoer, CMA, CSCA, is a seasoned finance and banking professional with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses grow, improve profitability, and execute strategic financial plans. His background uniquely positions him as a strategic partner to business owners, CPAs, and business brokers.  He has consistently been a top-performing leader supporting businesses in structuring financing, analyzing financial performance, and supporting long-term business success. 

Scott combines practical financial expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. Through tools such as Profit Acceleration Software™ and personalized coaching methods, he helps companies identify untapped growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, strengthen cash flow, and enhance revenue and profitability. His approach focuses on equipping business owners with practical strategies and financial insights that can be implemented immediately to drive measurable results. 

He earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University and later completed advanced accounting training through the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. Scott holds the globally recognized Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and the Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) credential from the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also completed the American Bankers Association Commercial Banking School and Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communications and Human Relations program. 

Throughout his career, Scott has advised companies ranging from startups to organizations with more than $250 million in revenue. His expertise spans financial statement analysis, capital structure, risk management, profitability improvement, and strategic planning. He has also served on boards and committees focused on fundraising, credit oversight, and governance, while leading negotiations and structuring financing designed to protect and grow enterprise value. 

Beyond his professional work, Scott is passionate about community service and mentorship. He has supported organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs and Kids Across America. Originally from Chicago, Scott now lives in Arkansas where he enjoys time with his son, outdoor activities, fitness, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while continuing to help businesses and leaders reach their full potential.
